Vancouver-based Phenom Resources Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange-listed exploration company with gold and vanadium properties in Nevada, has issued additional disclosure regarding advertising agreements it previously announced earlier this month.
The supplemental release provides further detail on two three-month issuer advertising campaigns the company arranged with Stockhouse Publishing Ltd., operating as The Market Link, and Kalkine Media Inc. Phenom had first disclosed the existence of the agreements in a news release dated September 16, 2026, and the new filing sets out the scope of services, payment amounts, and contact information for each provider, as required under securities disclosure rules.
Terms of the Market Link Campaign
Under its agreement with Market Link, Phenom will pay $45,000 in cash over three months for an advertising package that spans Market Link’s own platforms as well as a digital boost campaign involving retargeting and lookalike advertising across third-party digital and social media channels. Of that total, $15,000 is allocated to content distribution across German-language financial platforms, which will be delivered by Apaton Finance GmbH, a Hannover, Germany-based investor relations firm operating as a partner under the Market Link agreement. Phenom stated that no securities will be issued to Market Link as compensation for the campaign.
Market Link is described as a Vancouver-based digital marketing agency, operating as a brand of Stockhouse Publishing Ltd., that connects public companies with retail investors through digital marketing and investor outreach. The company disclosed that Market Link is at arm’s length and holds no direct or indirect interest in Phenom’s securities.

Kalkine Media Agreement Details
Separately, Phenom will pay Kalkine Media Inc. $2,200 in cash for a three-month advertising campaign on the company’s website, kalkinemedia.com/ca. The Kalkine package includes sponsored articles and press releases, video content, display and banner advertising, a dedicated company page, and social media and email promotion. As with the Market Link agreement, Phenom confirmed no securities will be issued as compensation.
Kalkine Media is described as a Toronto-based marketing and media platform that publishes corporate news, market commentary and economic updates, and connects public companies with investors through editorial coverage and multimedia content. Phenom said Kalkine is likewise at arm’s length from the company with no interest in its securities.

About Phenom’s Nevada Projects
Phenom holds a 100% interest in several Nevada exploration properties, including the Dobbin Gold property, a Carlin-type gold target, and the Crescent Valley property, which the company describes as hosting both a high-grade Bonanza-style gold vein target and a critical metals target. The company also holds the Carlin Gold-Vanadium Project, which it says contains what it describes as North America’s largest and highest-grade primary vanadium resource, along with an option on the King Solomon gold property, another Carlin-type target in the region.
The supplemental disclosure was issued on behalf of Phenom by its CEO and President, Paul Cowley. The company cautioned that statements regarding the marketing campaigns, including their terms and delivery of services, constitute forward-looking information subject to risks such as a service provider failing to perform as anticipated or changes to applicable securities laws.
