- CPP, Old Age Security and the Canada Disability Benefit: your My Service Canada Account.
- Canada Child Benefit, the Canada Groceries and Essentials Benefit, the Canada Workers Benefit and the Ontario Trillium Benefit: your CRA account, under Benefits and credits. The CRA can also email you a payment reminder about one week before each payment.
Direct deposit is the fastest way to get paid; cheques sent by mail take longer to arrive.
